Train steady.
Walk into the gym with a plan — and someone to ask.
Stadika is a training companion on your phone, for people who don’t feel at home in a gym yet — or not in Swedish. It plans today’s session, shows how each exercise is done, answers when you are unsure and remembers what you lifted last time. So you come back next week too.
Then 129 kr a month or 990 kr a year. Pay with your wellness allowance — the receipt arrives when you pay.
It’s normal for a gym to feel confusing.
Does any of this sound familiar? Here is how Stadika helps.
-
I don’t know what to do when I get there.
Ask for today’s session. The coach suggests one from what you have trained over the last few weeks, and includes what you ask for — say “arms today” and you get arms. No gym? Tell it what you have at home and the plan works from that.
-
How does this machine work?
Every exercise has its own page. How to set up, how the movement goes, common mistakes and which muscles work. 155 exercises and 55 machines, and most exercises have a video. Don’t know what a machine is called? Take a photo and the app suggests which one it is.
-
Everyone else seems to know what they’re doing.
You have someone to ask. Type a question on the exercise page, mid-session, and get an answer where you stand. After every set the coach says something about that set — in English, Swedish or Persian.
-
The machine I wanted is taken.
Swap the exercise in a couple of taps. The list shows similar exercises, so the session still holds together. And if you would rather do something else, your choice beats the app’s suggestion.
-
I can’t remember what I lifted last time.
You don’t have to. The app remembers. The next weight is suggested from your last set, and your history shows every session, set by set. The suggestion is only a suggestion — you decide.
-
My shoulder doesn’t feel right.
Say so. Mark the set with “Pain” and the next suggestion goes down in weight. You never have to push through something to keep the app happy.
One session, start to finish.
Open the app, get a suggestion, start. Everything else is there when you need it.

Tap in weight and reps. The answer comes straight away, with the next set.
Your progress
Steady weeks add up. See them add up.
After every session you get a report: what you did, and plus or minus against last time. The You tab shows your week, your recent bests and a calendar of every session — open a day to see each exercise and what you lifted.
Body status shows what is rested, what is recovering and what you haven’t trained in a while. The goal is yours. Our part is getting you back next week.
Read it, and ask, in the language you think in.
Every exercise has the same page in English, Swedish and Persian — one record, not a machine-translated copy. The coach answers in any of the three. Menus are in English or Swedish, and the two settings are separate.
If you work in Sweden
You may already have a training budget you have never used.
Swedish employers can give you a tax-free friskvårdsbidrag — up to 5 000 SEK a year for exercise. About 41% of employees don’t use all of theirs. If nobody explained it when you started, you are not unusual.
Stadika can be paid for with it: the receipt you need comes with the payment.
- 5 000 kr a year, tax-free, for exercise
- 41% don't use all of theirs
The first 14 days are free on every plan. Prices include 25% VAT. Employers: company agreements.
Train steady.
Stadika is for people who want to get going and keep going — not for people who already live at the gym. It works on any phone, with nothing to install, and you can export your data or delete your account whenever you like.
