About Stadika
Why the app exists
I only trained when a friend could come along. When he couldn't, I didn't go. That was the pattern for years — a few weeks on, then nothing.
Stadika started as the app I was missing: something that knows where I was last session, and can always come along.
Why Swedish and Persian
There are plenty of training apps. Almost all of them assume you already know the words — what a set is, what the machine is called, what the instruction means. If you don't know the language, that alone is enough to make you stay home.
I have seen it up close in the Persian-speaking part of Sweden: people who would happily train, with a friskvårdsbidrag they never touch, because everything around it is in a language they are not at home in. That is why every exercise is explained in Swedish, English and Persian — and why the coach answers in the language you write in.
What Stadika does not do
This is a training app, not a healthcare service. It makes no diagnoses, assesses no injuries and gives no medical advice. If something hurts, a fysioterapeut or naprapat is who you should talk to, not an app.
It doesn't guess your goals, either. The coaching is based on what you have actually done — which sessions you logged, what you lifted, how long ago — not on a form you filled in once.
Where it stands now
Stadika is built by one person and is available now. You create an account in the app and pick monthly or yearly — 129 kr a month or 990 kr a year. The company behind it is Stadika AB.
