How it works
A session in Stadika, start to finish.
Everything below is the app as it is today — not features we are planning. You do not need to know anything in advance, and you do not need a schedule to start.
Free, no payments. We let people in a few at a time.
During the session
Log the set. Get an answer straight away.
Type it or tap it. The coach confirms what it understood, so you can see the right number landed in the right place — then it says something about the set you actually did, what you lifted last time, and what is reasonable next.
The suggestion is a suggestion. The dials stay yours.
Body status
See what is rested — and what you have skipped.
Every logged set becomes a picture of your body: what you trained recently, what is still recovering, and what has had nothing for a while. Front and back.
The last one is usually the interesting part. It is easy to train what you enjoy and miss the rest without noticing.
Variety
Same plan. Not the same session.
The coach rotates which exercise you open with — you have the most energy at the start, so that part gets the best you have that day, and next time it is something else’s turn. It tells you why, so you can disagree.
Want two exercises paired? Writing one sentence is enough.
Afterwards
A summary that says something.
Time, sets, volume — and a comment about this particular session. What went well, what differed from last time, and what is reasonable next.
Over time
Progress without a spreadsheet.
Per exercise: your all-time best, the trend across recent sessions, and the difference from last time. You do not need to keep your own notes to see whether it is going the right way.
