Three steps to your first session

Stadika runs in your phone's browser — nothing to install. Create an account, pick monthly or yearly, and you can train the same day.

  1. Create an account

    Open the app in your phone's browser and sign up. The menus are in English and Swedish, and the coach replies in English, Swedish or Persian — your choice.

  2. Pick monthly or yearly

    129 kr a month, no lock-in. Or 990 kr a year — 82,50 kr a month, 36% less. You pay by card, and the coach starts as soon as the payment goes through.

  3. Keep the receipt

    The receipt arrives straight away, with your name, the amount and our organisation number — what your employer needs to pay you back from your friskvårdsbidrag.

Prices are for individuals and include 25% Swedish VAT.

Does your employer offer Stadika?

Then we activate your account through your employer, and you don't pay anything yourself. Ask HR — your employer tells us who should get access.
