This is an English version of the Swedish privacy notice. If the two differ, the Swedish version applies.
This notice covers the website stadika.se. The Stadika app has its own privacy notice, shown when you create an account — it covers your account, training data, health data, payments and AI coaching, none of which happen here.
1. Who is responsible
Stadika is run by Stadika AB (org. no. 559600-4407), Sweden, which is the data controller for this website.

2. What we collect
Nothing through the website itself. There are no forms here — you create an account and buy in the app.
If you email us, we receive what you write, your email address, and your name if it is in the message. We use it only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. What we don’t do
- No cookies.
- No analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts.
- No ads.
- We do not sell or share your data.
The website loads nothing from other domains — fonts and images are served from the same server as the page.
4. Who processes data for us
- Google (Firebase Hosting) hosts the website and logs technical data such as IP address and browser type on each visit, for operation and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Google (Google Workspace) provides email for hej@stadika.com.
Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA by Google. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as the matter requires. Server logs are kept briefly for operation and security.
6. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se.

If this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
