These are the terms for the website stadika.se. The Stadika app has its own terms, which you accept when you create an account — they are published in the app and cover the service itself, subscriptions and payment.

1. What this website is

An information site about Stadika. You can read about the service here. You create an account and buy in the app, under the app’s terms — not here.

2. The content

We try to keep the information accurate and current, but it may change without notice. What applies to your subscription — price, period and terms — is shown in the app when you buy.

3. Training is at your own risk

The information on this website is general and does not replace medical advice. If you are in pain, injured, or have a health condition that affects your training, talk to a fysioterapeut (physiotherapist), naprapat or doctor before following general training advice.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, design and the name Stadika belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site and quote short passages with attribution.
